Here is Izzy enjoying Brinklee's new santa present! She was so cute, she loved everything everyone else got!

Here we are opening presents with Mindee and her family!

Brinklee laid right there and laughed at that gift bag all morning! It had a big dog on the front of it!

Here we all...after 9 hour straight of the girls puking with the stomach flu we woke up at 10:30 to open presents! It was a horrible night, and then Trev and I got it the next days! YAY!!

8th Anniversary...

Trev and I celebrated our 8th anniversary last month! My awesome Mom and sister took the girls and we spent a night in vegas! It was a blast, and then on our real anniversary Trev brought me home these...and then took me to dinner! He is such a good husband and Daddy!

So I cut Brinklee's hair last week...she had a wicked faux-hawk! But when i cut it it took all the dark hair off and now she is sprouting a little strawberry blonde!

Jubilee of Trees

This year the Jubilee of Trees donation money was going to the St George NICU, and for one of the lucheons they had they wanted the guests of honor to be newborn babies! So Brinklee got chosen and we got to go! Here she is being a good center piece!

They had 20 or so babies dressed in white placed on the center of the tables!

She needed held for a minute and then went back to the table!

She wouldn't hold still, she was so excited to see all the lights! We were right in the middle of the jubilee where all the trees were!

Here she is!!!! From my last post over a year ago, some of you probably didn't even know I was prenant! Surprise! Brinklee Nichole Arehart was born on Sept. 15, 2011! (3 weeks early, yay!) She has been such a doll! She looks just like her Daddy, and a little like her sissy's!

She was 6 lbs. 10 oz. and 19 1/2 inches...and has tons of hair! (At least for our girls, she has a lot!)

She is now almost 3 months old. We just had the girls pictures taken so I will post those when we get them! We are SO happy to have her with us, finally!!!

So...Lexi is FINALLY getting a chance to be a "big girl" and go to preschool! She was SO excited, but I may have been even MORE excited to have her gone! (Mean Mom!) She wanted me to make sure I got a picture of her and her backpack!

For those of you who keep giving me crap (Carly :) about my terrific blogging skills...here it is! My camera got stolen in Moab a couple weeks ago along with my card with the pics on them! So my Dad let me borrow his and his card had a TON of pics on it, so there may be a Arehart blog explosion...we will see!!! Anyway...here she is...our Kindergartener! Yep, Tais started school yesterday and she was SO excited I couldn't even cry about it. She is so ready to learn and read I felt bad it wasn't starting earlier.

The saddest part of the day was after we dropped Tais off at school Lex got in the car and with 'almost' tears looked up at us and said..."Now I don't have any friends to play with...will you guys play with me..." Talk about heartbreaking...poor little Lex starts next week (thank goodness)!

She thought she needed a picture for her second day of school too!

April Action Car Show...

This weekend we went to Moab for the car show...for those who don't know...car show is Moab's 2nd busiest weekend, next to Jeep Safari! So Trev got in on the action and put the "68 Mercury Cougar in the show and it was so much fun! Sunday all the old cars cruised up to Dead Horse Point and we took the girls with us. It was so pretty!

For my 24th birthday (NOT)...29th birthday...Trev got me tickets to Kelly Pickler at Tuacahn! It was SO much fun!!! I never could get a really good pic of her, she was hilarious, and did so good! It was a lot of fun!

We always have such a fun time at Easter, with Trev having his Jeep business in Moab we always get to have fun with the Jeeps and Easter stuff too! We always go to the sand dunes with Trev's family and have a blast. The girls think it's the greatest time in the world...sand, digging, and more sand! Here is the MAN on our little 90 that we love!

You just can't find a messier kid than Lex, that's how she has always been and I'm pretty sure she will be like that forever!

Hello friends....we are still here! Trev is now done with working in Moab, and we are ready to start settling down again! We have been so busy the past few months, and so get ready for a lot of catch up blogs....sorry....I'm ashamed:) So starting off with the most important blog....Tais' 5th birthday!!!!
Tais decided she wanted to go to the "beauty salon" and get her hair and nails done, like a BIG girl! So we took the girls to Evans... and they had a ball!

The 3 Amigos...they felt like such grown ups..it was hilarious...!

I can't believe we have a 5 year old! She is such a sweetheart, and get's smarter everyday! She is SO excited to start Kindergarten, and we are going to work really hard this summer to get her reading. She get's really mad at me when she see's that commercial on TV that shows the baby's that can read. "They are babies and can read, I'm 5 and still can't", EVERY time that dang things comes on! She is close though! We love her and can't imagine life without her!!!!

Packard's Cabin!!!

So...our good friends Kelly and Trenton invited us up to their family's cabin last weekend in Moab, and it was such a blast! We had so much fun, the kids all got along, and we did nothing but EAT, EAT, and play in the snow! What more could you ask for??? Here is a picture of the cabin after Kelly and I picked it up a little bit! It's such a neat cabin!

This is Trevin, the poor guy was mawled all weekend by my girls! He was darling with them, and they LOVED bugging him!

And then there is the two dingo's...Trenton and Trev! The were such good little daddy's up there! Trenton brought some snowmobiles and they took all the kids sledding! They loved it!

The snow was really crunchy and hard so the girls tried to sled but didn't get too far! Finally they sweet talked Trevin and Brady into pushing them back up the hill!

Can you believe it??? I have a 3 year old! Yes, Lexi survived the 2's and is heading straight into adulthood!!! She is doing so well, and seems to get cuter and smarter everyday! She has such a great example leading her way, so she is really lucky! We had 2 parties for Lexi this year, her birthday is Jan. 4 and it's so hard for me. Everyone is partied out by then so I really need to be better at making her birthday a really fun celebration! She is such a sweetheart, but boy is she going to give me a run for my money!

I have NO idea what her new thing with her eyes is...being Sexy Lexi...maybe!!!

Before she started opening this present she made sure that I got my camera to take pictures, it was pretty cute!

Here is her second cake...She was so excited! We let her plan the whole day, so we had lunch at the "SUN" (Del Taco), went and saw the new Chipmunk movie, and then to Jumping Jacks! THEN...we got pizza and cake and came home and opened her presents! It turned out really fun, and she had such a great day! We love our little lola!

She was telling me I was taking too long getting her cake and candles ready! That's our little Lex!

Tais' Dance Recital

Tais had her first dance recital a few weeks ago, and she was SO excited about it! She did so good, and we were so proud of her! Her she is before we left, she is such a cheeser. I kept trying to tell her to smile "normal", and this is the best we could get!

Here is Tais and Lexi! Lexi was so excited for her sissy to dance. We went to the dress rehearsal the night before and Lexi was dancing and counting down all night, it was really cute!

And here she is in her big night! It was to "Kiss the Girl" from Little Mermaid and she did so good! I got this picture and then my camera died, imagine that!!! I am sad that I couldn't get more pics but oh well!!!

So my wonderful parent's got all the adults tickets to Thriller at Tuacahn last night, and may I say, it was amazing as ever! We have been going to Thriller since it first came to St George, and I LOVE it! My cute frient Tami watched my girls while we went, so I made a little halloween cake to take to them! Halloween FUN!!!!

So I was feeling a little "crafty" the other day, and I LOVE Halloween so I decided to make some treats! Here was the final product!

I made chocolate dipped oreos and pretzels! It was so much fun, I used orange melting chocolate and a "secret ingredient" and had a blast! So did my girls! They were helping TOO much so we went and got them a project!

And here it is...a spooky halloween house if I have ever seen one! I am a little OCD about stuff looking really cute, so I tried to assist as good as I could. But that did not last long at all...between Lex and Quin eating all the decor...Tais and I made due!

Aren't these girls so dang cute!

This is pretty much all Lexi did during the whole thing...but she had fun! She wouldn't let the frosting bag out of her sight by the end!

Well, this is really embarrassing to post but I had to do it! This picture is a before picture of my "computer room" that turned into a JUNK ROOM gone bad! I got doing so much stuff and you all know how it gets, things just get tossed, and piles build. Well I have vowed not to do that anymore! I went to my darling sister Sharice's house the other day, and she inspired me to tackle the computer room! Her house is so cute and organized, so I am trying to turn over a new leaf and be like her!! LOVE YOU REESE!!! As you can see I could barely get in the door...bad I know...but it was only like that for a bit...I swear!

Here we are...alive and well! Just busy is all! We had a really fun summer and are excited to have the seasons change! (Except for Lexi, she is not liking the shoes and socks idea...her feet get "fweaty" she says) Anyway the girls were being really quiet one night so I went snooping, and here they were in my bathroom playing salon with each other! Don't they look GREAT?!?!?

This night we had a movie night! Trev was at school and I had a few extra kids for the night, so we pulled out a movie and popcorn and away we went! I should have done an after picture of the popcorn covered floor!!! They were all really good, and they had a blast so that was worth it! There is Quin, Nix, Lex, Tais, Kin, and Kod...all so cute!!!

Here is Tais on her first day of Preschool...I know I'm a bad Mom that I'm posting them right now...but better late than never...RIGHT???

Here is my cute little family. This was actually Trev's birthday (..in June..oops). Trevor is such a great Dad and wonderful husband! I'm really proud that he decided to go back to school to get his Masters degree, we will be done next spring, and can't wait!! Happy Birthday Trev!!!

And here is our little ADDI...our cute little cousin! She is living in Moab right now and are so excited that we can see her more while she is close! And MO too, love ya girl!

New News :(

So here is what's been going on. Two weeks ago I started having some really bad stomach pains...worse that labor pains (ladies you can understand)!!! BAD! So I tried to be tough about it and tylenol myself up over the weekend, thinking it would pass. I was so wrong, the pain started on a friday and by sunday night I honestly thought I was dying. So monday morning my amazing doctor, Dr. Lunt, met me at his office in St. George to find out what was going on. He did an ultra sound and found out that I had a cyst the size of a golf ball on my right ovary, and a lot of blood in my stomach. Long story short, he ran me to surgery and found I had not only a cyst on my right ovary, but an ectopic pregnancy in my right tube and something 'supicious' in my left tube. Not a very fun thing to find out. But thanks to my amazing husband, precious little girls, caring mom and dad, and loving family, I am doing much better. The surgery went better than planned and I'm feeling better than I have in a long time! Thank you everyone who helped by bringing dinner and helping with my girls, you will never know how much you helped! I have some really cute pics of what else has been going on so I will post those soon, just thought you would like to know that I have not fallen off the blogging wagon!!!

Past few weeks, in a nut shell...

The girls had some friends over the other day, they wanted to play in the pool. They had so much fun, but of course, living in Cedar, it was freezing. So everyone had to get into towels and have a treat!

Here is Dagen, Kodi, Tais, Lex, and Jagger!

Tais and Lex got some new goggles, and were trying them out in the bathtub! So I walked in and asked how they were doing, and this is how Lexi popped up! HILARIOUS, she couldn't see a thing, but said there was no water in her eyes!!!

This is how the girls have been sleeping lately! Lexi wakes up all the time with a nightmare that there are baby snakes in her bed. So she sneaks in with Tais! Tais sleeps so sound, she could have snakes in her bed, and she would never know! The other night I went into their room, I thought they were asleep...NOPE! Lex was in sissy's bed, tickling her face and singing her a song....all the while...Tais was passed out cold. It was pretty cute!

And then there is TROUBLE....my sweet little Lex! NOT!!! I was getting ready for church, and Tais came running in telling me to come see. I turned the corner to see this......it was all I could do I to not laugh. So I ran to my camera and tried to act mad. Hey, it could be worse...right?

Family Fun Weekend!

So, we went up north for my cousin Ben's farewell and decided to make it a kids weekend! It was so much fun. We stopped at Thanksgiving Point and went to the Dinosaur museum...let's just say Trev and I carried the girls through most of it because they were scared. But...live and learn! They did have some really fun hands on stuff that they liked, here they are digging for bones!

Aren't these two great posers? Right after we took this pic, Lex fell and landed on her pop, so at least we got her before she was soaking wet!

We meet Trevor's sister Mindee and her little family in Sandy at the Mayan! Our girls thought it was the coolest place ever! Especially when the 'raindrops' from the divers got them!

The next day after we stayed at "Bradley Bear's", that's Trevor's really good buddy Brad. But my girls have adopted the name bradley bear for him, he loves it I'm sure! We headed to the Hogle Zoo, so here are the girls on the tigers!

We had so much fun, and it was so good to see all of my family! Of course I forgot to take pictures of the rest of the weekend, but I'm glad I got what I did!

So here they are! After all the sickness and cold, we have prevailed, and here is the outcome! Our two darling little girls (and the fake bunny)!!! I finally got the girls pictures taken in St. George. And for all you Mom's out there who know just how frustrating "getting pictures" can be, we are lucky they turned out as cute as they did! Here are Lexi and Taislee totally showing off their very different personalities! Lexi is a little jokester, and Tais is all but posing for her photo shoot!!!

UPDATE...

We are still alive! Here is the update...we got over the RSV, then tais got an ear ache, but Lexi was doing better! So I thought we would head on down to Beaver Dam with Ty and Amanda for spring break...I was so wrong! I wasn't feeling good at all, but I had the car packed and everything ready to go...so by dang I was going! Well, we met Trev for lunch and he talked me into going to the insta care (they are on a first name basis with us)! Come to find out, I had an ear infection, a sinus infection, and phnuemonia! WHAT THE... So I went to St. George, and my poor mom and dad had to take care of us all! Trev felt so bad, he was so busy trying to get things ready for his Jeep Safari weekend, so he couldn't give us the help we all needed! So we started getting better, just finished our antibiotics, and Lexi woke up this week with a 102 fever! I wanted to cry...and am sure I did at some point! Anyway, they tested her for strep throat, which was negative! But more antibiotics, for a out of control sore throat and another ear infection! So...here we are...I have scrubbed every inch of my house, cloroxed everything that could be cloroxed, and started us all on a large dose of VITAMINS. Ha, we will win at some point, and that's our update!

We are officially 'shut-ins'!

This is how our week started out. It was getting 'warm', for Cedar, so the girls went out and played with half their snow clothes on! Then...

...It got even warmer! And the girls actually went outside without their jackets...YEAH! (Granted they were still inside the garage because the wind was so bad!!!) Then...

...We got too comfortable I guess, and we are all sick and forced to play play dough and tea parties ALL DAY, inside! Lucky me! I took Lexi in to the doctor on tuesday because I couldn't get her temp down, and come to find out she has the beginning case of RSV! I kind of freaked out, because my mom always warned me about not letting my babies get it, it's bad! But she is doing good. She is having a tea party with all her babies, and stuffed animals, she doesn't even remember she is sick! I thought I was beginning to see the light at the end of this tunnel, and Tais woke up today with the same cough! Go figure! So if you don't see any of the Arehart girls partying in their garage any time soon, you now know why! We are still alive! Love ya!

My little, I mean BIG girl turned 4 yesterday, and I am feeling pretty old! Her party was darling, and she had a Valentine's party at her school the same day, so the whole day was a party, literally!!! My pictures are a little blurry, so sorry, but at least they are up! I think the front of the camera just needed cleaned off, and if that's really what's wrong I'm going to be a little upset! But, all in all, it was a really fun day! We are so glad we have Taislee, she is a total sweetheart, and we love her with all our hearts! We are so blessed to have such wonderful little girls, they are both very different, but so fun! We love you Tais, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

This is Tais' cake! Made specially by me! I was quite pleased with myself, and they even tasted good! BONUS!! Her party was a "Valentine" theme, and probably alway will be because it's so close to valentine's, but red and pink are just so cute!!!

Lexi gave Tais a Little Mermaid necklace that was had been wanting, and when she opened it Tais instantly ran over to her and gave her a hug! It was darling!!!

Tais had so much fun with all her friends, and was so glad that everyone could come!

So I have a wonderful friend that "helps" me update my blog. (She really does it ALL, its not just 'help') Anyway, she fixed up my blog so darling, and then I have never posted again. SAD excuse for a blogger! But in all reality I lost my camera, and for anyone who has ever done that, it is maddening. I have been cleaning everything out, and even waited for the snow to melt in my front yard because I thought it got left out there. But...no luck. So I borrowed my dad's camera but now I need to card reader...it's a mess. I'll leave it at that! If I ever do post picture's again, it will be a miracle. Lexi is now 2, and Tais' will be 4 in two days!!! I can't even believe I am going to have a 4 year old, I really am getting old! Not a whole lot has been going on with our little family. We did have a miscarriage about a week ago :( Which is never very fun, but we are doing really well, and we know that it wasn't the right time. So now that all that is all done and over with, I can get back to my mountain of laundry we have accumulated while I was down! Fun for me, huh!!! Trev is staying really busy with school and work. He actually made us a really nice TV stand/entertaimnent center for our new TV. I am really, really impressed with it! He is a great husband, and I am so lucky that I have him! The girls are keeping me busy, but they play so good together I wouldn't have it any other way! It's a complete blizzard outside right now, so I'm going to go make a bag pot of chili, and some cinnamon rolls! (I don't even step outside when it's snowing...the St. George girl in me:)

Not a lot has been going on in good ol' Cedar City! Sorry it's been so long since I updated last. Tais and Lexi are so ready for it to snow they can hardly wait. But not a flake since Halloween! Trev bought them a snow ball maker, and their own snow shovel, but they just play inside with them! SAD!!!

So I have been tagged about three times, and just keep putting it off. So the first two tags were the same. Tell 6 quirky things about yourself, so here goes!

1) I am a little OCD about matching, especially clothes. Everything has to match, I could never wear a red shirt with orange socks. Weird stuff like that. You will never see me in polka dots and plaids, or mis-matched colors. Not even to bed!!!
2) I am a master of remembering music! Who sings it...what song it is...! Now that I have kids though, it's a little more Disney and not so much 50 cent!
3) I love to stay in hotels! Something so fun about being somewhere else, and collecting all the travel soaps!
4) I love pop! (Diet of course!) But it makes my whole day if I can go somewhere and get a HUGE diet coke with lots of ice!
5) I have finally embraced the gym! I use to loathe working out, but after two kids, and no money for plastic surgery, GYM it is!
6) I hate being cold...great that I moved back to Cedar, huh! Trev, and my girls are little snow people, and I hate it. I sleep with three blankets in the winter, and the rest of my fam thinks sleeping in an igloo is ideal!

Well, there it is! That's all the quirks I have! HA HA. I have to figure out how to do my other tag, so I'll post that later!

Snow Bunnies!

Unlike myself, Trev, and my girls love the snow! I'm doing just fine inside by a fire with a nice hot cocoa, but not the rest of my fam! When it started snowing we were on our way to St. George, so Tais was really bummed that she couldn't make a snow angel. We had to convince her that is wouldn't go any where. So as soon as we made it back to Cedar Trev took the girls out on the sled. They were laughing so hard, until they realized how cold they really were. Trev had to crank up the heater and literaly lay them on top of the vent with a blanket over them. I missed that pic, it was pretty funny!

So Trev and I took the girls down to a little fall harvest that my friend Kassie was doing, down at Big Trees Nursery in Kanara! It was so much fun, except for when it started to become a total blizzard that is! We had some warm chili, and cocoa, and then got to pick out a few pumpkins from the patch. It was so much fun, and the girls loved it!
We met up with DD and her little family, here is Lexi, Sydney, and Tais enjoying a sweet snack!
That was the best caramel apple Tais had ever tasted...here is proof!

TOO CUTE, IT'S SCARY!

Well, here they are! Lexi Bear, Bubba, Taisl-nut, and the 'Mcnugget'! (Don't ask how we came up with those names!) My mom came up the other day, and decided she wanted a picture of all the kids in their Halloween shirts! Since there is no Kiddie Kandid in Cedar, I decided to take in upon myself to do it! There are some pretty funny pictures! Nixon and Quinlyn are my favorite little buddies, Tyler and Amanda (bro. and sis'n'law) make some pretty cute kids, I have to say! And yes, Quin has that same look in every pic, it was hilarious!!! Besides our picture taking experience, everything is going good! Last weekend, I helped Ty and Amanda with their kids, she went to the NYC to visit a friend, and I got to see what it would be like to have 4 kids. I really don't know how people have more than just 2!!! It was fun, but three kids in diapers is not appealing to me at all! Anyway, on saturday Trev, Ty, my Dad, and his brother Dana went down to Vegas to the MR. OLYMPIA conference! They walked around from booth to booth collecting anything and everything! Trev came home with 4 ginormous bags full of proteing powder, shakers, mags, you name it they got it! My dad took pictures, so I will have to get them from him! But that was our weekend, and it was pretty eventful actually!

First Day of Preschool

So the big day is finally here...Tais ' first day at the Little Star Preschool! I'm getting old! She was so excited to go, and couldn't wait to put on her new backpack! Of course Lexi Bear couldn't let Tais get all the glory in the pic's, so here they are both being geeks for the camera!
Lexi got Tais' 'old' backpack, but she doesn't care, because we all know it's packed with treats!
And here she is the big school girl, passed out at three'o'clock! She is definately going to have to get use to getting up at eight!

In the mountains...

Two weeks ago, Trev, the girls, and I were bored and decided to go fishing up on Beaver mountain. It was so much fun. We stopped and got stuff for hot dogs and Tais' favorite "smores", and then found us a campsite. Trev got the fire started, and we got our hot dogs cooked, and as soon as we made us all a smore it started to rain! We loaded back up into the truck and drove down to the lake. This was Tais' first fish she has ever caught! As you all could imagine, she wouldn't even put one finger on it. But I didn't know who was more proud, Tais or Trev! It was so muddy by then that Lexi stayed in the truck with me, Lex and mud just don't mix, mostly because she would have tried to eat it. But we had a good time, and the girls were so excited!
